[Plugin: ICIT Weather widget] Multilingual weather conditions

Great work with this plugin!
Would it be possible to make this plugin even more multilingual. I translated all the strings in the .po file, but most of the text output seems to origin straight from Google. The weather conditions for example. Some sort of translation table perhaps?
