[Plugin] "I was there/I visited/I didn't" form for post/page

    Hi I have a travel blog and I’m looking for some kind of poll like in the link below https://www.places-to-visit.org/pyramid-of-the-moon-292

    X I have visited
    X I want to visit

    It’s basically working like a poll just it should be same poll for each post and results should be separated for each post as well not added together. I don’t want to make pool for each page as In the future I will end up with thousands of polls and that’s not the point.

    Now I’m thinking maybe instead of pool use some kind of like/unlike engine. End then edit the text to was/want to go, but this one let you only use 2 choices.

    If anyone know plugin which will do the work and as less editing as possible please let me know.
