[Plugin: Hyper Cache] Not caching

Had to reinstall backup of WP files and db. Noticed that hyper cache was not incrementing in cached pages. Also, no cache files in cache folder. Permission are writable.

Uninstalled hyper cache plugin and reinstalled. Didn’t seem to make any difference.

Any ideas?
