Some code to make the plugin work when the visual editor is disabled.

Thanks a lot for the fix. I’ve added it to the 1.1 release.

Installed version 1.1 and could not get it to work with visual editor disabled.
I think you forgot to remove line 33
switchEditors.switchto(document.getElementById(“content-html”));
following collinprice fix.
