[Plugin: Hover] International chars

I second this poster. The author, when replied to, says “yes, this is a known problem. it is on my todo list, but no idea when i will find the time to fix it.”

Sucks because, other than that issue, this is an absolute perfect plugin. Others I have tried have issues maintaining location or being sticky, but this one is perfect…
