[Plugin: Hierarchical Pages Widget] show 2nd level & expand on hover?

    Also, how do you get the 3rd level categories to show? When I click on a 2nd level, they don’t show.

    Oh, there was something else keeping the 3rd level from showing.

    Supporting hover would require Javascript; that is left as an exercise to the user.
