    Hello,

    Installed your plugin and it seems to hide the attribute im asking the user to be active for the next field to show. Is is a bug or do I have my variations setup wrong.

    I have 3 Attributes ( for a Framing Company )
    * Size: ( 16×40, 20×30, 30×40, 40×60 )
    * Type: ( Canvas, Acrylic (.75″) )
    * Frame Width: ( .75″, 1.5″, Black Frame )

    Acrylic only comes in (.75 ) so i need to remove frame width from the form… as it does not apply… Please Help

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi!

    Did you add none as option in your variations? This is important, because the plugin needs to know how to hide certain categories ?? It’s described in the screenshots.

    Yes I did thats why I dont understand whats happening. I followed the instructions as they were in the screenshots like you said.

    I created a dummy product locally with these options:

    And the frame width will be hidden unless you select Acrylic type. What is your setup?

    Yes i see what your doing… no thats not how I have it at all. Good to know. Ok so questions….

    1. Do I have to add the [ none ] option to every attribute? ( I was only adding it to the frame width attribute ) – I see you adding it all of them.

    2. The Variations i just made all of them as if they were regular products – ( Are you saying just keep the 4 variations like you did and have those options in the “any” state. How will that affect pricing I have a spreadsheet that im going off of it was provided by the client )

    I sent you an email as well with some files I wanted you to look at to better instruct me did you receive it?

    I did not receive any email.

    To answer the previous question.

    1. Unfortunately yes. That seems to be the only way atm to hide something since it’s the only way to hide a drop-down.

    2. The variations, as far as I can tell, can be set to any value you want to. They will, however, imapact what, and how, the dropdown is shown if I’m not mistaken.
