Plugin help needed pls!

I hope this is being posted in the right place; if not, my apologies in advance and pls point me in the right direction – thanks!

I have bought the Woothemes Products Compare plugin and am using mythemeshop’s Schema theme. The plugin is supposed to work ‘out of the box’, i.e. there are no settings/options that can be changed – it’s just simply activated and away you go.

However, I have deactivated all other plugins, except for Woocommerce and this one, and it doesn’t seem to work with my theme – no comparison chart appears when I click on icon link. Works with e.g. Twenty Sixteen theme just not Schema theme that I have paid for!

I’m hoping there may be a simple fix. Can anyone help?
