[Plugin: Hello Bar] Zip is empty except for a text file!

How stupid is this! The zip is empty except for a text file, which says:

“This plugin is currently under **α** testing and doesn’t do anything yet.”.

How underwhelming is that. So much for the www.remarpro.com assurances that they review everything prior to posting it up on the site. They just wrote a bunch of articles in the weblog about malicious code, and that one should only download themes, etc from the www.remarpro.com, where we have been assured they have been reviewed.

I guess if there was nothing to review, they skipped that step!

Unbelievable.
