[Plugin: HeadSpace2 SEO] Call Headspace Directly from Header?

Hi, this may be a dumb question but bear with me.

I have a few custom landing page templates that I do not want my plugins activated on. They have their own custom header.php file which does not include the wp_head call… however, Headspace is an exception to this rule as I would like to have it active on all pages on the site. Is there a way to call it directly from the custom-header.php file so I can avoid activating all the other plugins I have for this specific template?
