    The problem seems to be the wp_deregister of jquery. in header_slideshow.php line 39
    I’m not the best coder but i simply commented this call out and everything works fine. at least on my pc ??

    @ Michael: in my case it was Ubuntu and Firefox 14
    Also happend on a Windows-Machine
