[Plugin Header Image Slider] only on HomePage

  • I am using the Header Image Slider on a custom theme based on the Twenty Eleven Theme.
    I want to have the Header Image Slider appear ONLY on the homepage.
    I understand I have to add a conditional tag, but I do not know specifically where to place it.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    I have exactly the same question. I’m a php novice. Which php file do I put the conditional statement <?php if( is_home() ) boom_header_image(); ?> in? I have tried it in header.php, index.php, page.php – and the slider continues to show on all pages. Also tried functions.php which just breaks it. Does it matter exactly where in the php file the statement goes? I’m just taking wild guesses. Please someone help!
