Plugin has significant limitations on WP.Com sites.

This plugin advertises great potential but for my WP.Com site it has significant restrictions that render the plugin “troublesome.” Ive even considered buying the “Pro” version but Ive recently learned that this will not solve my problems.
For example: Ive tried many times and methods to edit email templates to no avail. Ive tried to get help from the forum but have been told by UM that this problem is with WP and then told by WP that the problem is UM.
I finally learned that WordPress.com won’t allow files to be written to the server for security purposes. As such it’s impossible to edit the templates.
UM has gone silent in the forum since I asked if they could provide me with a script that would allow me to edit or add my own text to emails. I would need to install another Plugin (Code Snippets) which WP says will allow me to run the script that Um provides. Well UM wont help.
Ive been trying to get help for over 3 months….
