  • I think this is because the header file is calling a specific version of the main plug-in

    If you open the files and look on line 12 where it says:

    Require: Styles 1.0.7

    and the current version of “Styles” is 1.1.10

    So, I think it would also work if you just changed that line to read

    Require: Styles 1.1.10

    but then you’d have to change it every time Styles updated. My PHP-fu isn’t good enough to change it to “require 1.1.10 or newer” so I just removed the requirement altogether, and so far it seems to be working.

    I just tried to install it and got the same problem. It’s 4 months later..

    Edit: If, after that error message, you go to installed plugins and activate the plugin “again” (manually) it just works..

    It just does not seem to work that one time when you just installed it and click on “activate plugin” below the successful install message.
