Plugin has no effect

    I’ve noticed for weeks, perhaps longer that the plugin isn’t working when enabled. Started to notice this when heartbeat was unaffected and looked in source code today and see XMLRPC and API headers are still there despite being set to disable.

    I’m going to be adding the functions myself manually to functions.php incase you take a look. Just curious what could cause that.
