Plugin has Banned Me

When it said “Exclude IP from being banned” I assumed that was for white listing so I put my IP address there. There have not been any problems. This morning I can not access my site from Firefox (mozilla) – I get the ban message. I have not problem accessing the site from Safari.
I have uninstalled the plugin via the uninstall directions in the menu. I have checked the server via FTP and the plugin folder is gone and there does not apper to be any thing in my .htaccess file or in the database.
From reading here, I am learning about the WP-Super Cache conflict. I have deleted the cache in the admin panel and then deactivated the super cache plugin. I have also deleted the firefox cache but I am still getting the banned message when I try to access my site from firefox.
What should I do next?
