Hi. Great plugin. Unfortunately, production is on a different host. The wp-admin page is completely blank when the Media Library Assistant is active.

The PHP error logs did not show any problems. We found a plugin was the problem from doing a test and disabling the directory. Once the plugin was disabled the page worked. Renaming the plugins directory back so that it was enabled then brought up the white screen again. We tested disabled the plugins from experience as it a common problem with WordPress.

Thanks for the good words and for your post. I believe the most likely cause of your issue is addressed in this earlier topic:

    Error: Allowed memory size exhausted

Depending on the server configuration you may or may not get any error messages or log entries. Check your memory limits on the test and production servers and see if they’re different.

I am marking this topic resolved, but if you still have a problem after ruling out the memory issue, please update this topic and I will investigate further. Thanks for you interest in the plugin.
