[Plugin: Hangman game] Hangman just refreshes with no change

Activated, added to page and post to test.
No affect, it just refreshes the page or post when selecting the Alphabetic character.So far does not seem to work.
Readme has nothing else other than activate plugin and add [HANGMAN].
