[Plugin: GT Post Approval] This plugin is conflicting with Geoplaces theme

I am using this plugin on the theme Geo Places and it all seems to show up and function fine but it wont actually control whether the post is approved or not. It will always show the post no matter if I select approve or disapprove. Can you please research this!!!
