[Plugin: Grunion Contact Form] Sidebar widget and main page form conflict.

Hi, in testing, I have discovered that when I have a form on a page and a form in a widget [contact-form widget="blah"] that the widget form fails to send.

The main page form works fine. The widget works fine when there is no main page form.

Is that something that happens to other people too, or is my theme a bit special?
