[Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on] Upgrade from 113 to 201 broke web2lead

I upgraded from 113 to 201 and also updated GF to 1.6.7.

I’ve reconnected the plugin to my SF instance and setup a feed for a form, mapping all the fields.

After submitting the form I see nothing in SF. 113 was working prior to upgrade.

I’m not sure where to even start with debugging this. Any suggestions or guidance would be great.
