[Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on] Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On not showing in Advanced fr

Hi – having the same issue – I am using chrome on a mac – Gravity Forms 1.4.2 – the option to enable salesforce is not showing in the advanced area – also Salesforce is not displaying under the forms menu – any ideas would be appreciated –

I’m using Gravity Forms v1.6.4.5, WP 3.3.1 and GF SF Add on v1.1.3

I don’t see the option to select it in Advanced Tab, nor is it displaying under the forms menu (same as previous poster).

Your assistance would be MOST appreciated.

Having the same problem as @zack, except that I am upgraded to WP 3.4, Gravity Forms Version 1.6.4.5.4 and GF SF Add-on Version 1.1.3.

I am having the same issue as well. I am using Gravity Forms 1.6.2.1.1 though and WordPress 3.4.

I’m on a MAC. I have tried it on Safara and Chrome. WP 3.4, Gravity Forms Version 1.6.1, GF SF Add-on Version 1.1.3. I have also tried it on my VMWARE Windows Explorer and it has the same issue. The Advanced Tab does not show the SF option however in the Salesforce settings I can put in the Saleforce ID and it ticks it.

Please could we have a resolution. I really need this functionality and I don’t want to build it from scratch if it can be helped. If anyone knows any other plugin that can do the same thing (I’ve tried WordPress-to-Lead and it has no drop-down menus) please mention it. These are the solutions that I have come up with:
