• Using version 1.1
I have followed all of the steps in the FAQ section and am sure that I have the correct API names put in the parameter fields in my forms. This did not send the information to SF. I then deleted these and added the API names to the Admin label. Custom fields were not sent to SF. So, I then added the API names to both the parameter and Admin label fields, and nope. I then thought that maybe because the field names are changed to numbers like this = <input name=”00N40000001pQbU” type=”text” id=”00N40000001pQbU” value=””> that the admin values should be set to “00N40000001pQbU” as that is what SF thought should be the field name, and that didn’t work.

I would love, need, to get this to work. At this point I will pay anyone who can make this work. If you have a solution, or want the work, contact me at [email protected] . Yes, this is a cry for help.

  • I have been able to get the fields to populate using a work around.

As long as I don’t use a field label, it populates. I have been identifying the fields using the description box and using an Admin Label that doesn’t contain the words “Name” “address” “city” “state” “zip” or “phone” and it has worked so far.

I have a very complex form with more than 50 fields(some standard, most custom) and so far all are populating with the workaround.

But it would be nice to be able to use field labels. Thanks for the work Zack!

Sorry I’ve been out of the loop on this one…

As I emailed with the original poster, I’ve been using Gravity Forms without the SFDC add-on and have everything going into Salesforce as needed including the custom fields we’ve set up. I’m glad to see that the add-on’s getting some polishing up by the maker, though! I’ll be curious to see how it turns out.

Just to add to this, which may help others, but I’m a newbie at the gravity forms and wordpress, Yoda at salesforce.com.

I have the form working for the most part and what I found the most tedious was the mapping but there is what I did, a picture is worth a thousands blogs.

I did have one issue with the standard phone, and description of the lead but figured that out I think. I’m working on a different issue of duplicate leads being populated via this form.

TeamKaeru – I say the original gravity forms but it didn’t look like it did custom fields. Can you elaborate?

I have been crazy busy. I planned on catching up with support last week, but now it looks like maybe NEXT week! I’m planning on fixing this as soon as possible. Sorry for the wait.

    any news about this?
