[resolved] Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On not showing in Advanced fr (22 posts)Having the same problem as @zack, except that I am upgraded to WP 3.4.1, Gravity Forms Version 1.6.4.5.4 and GF SF Add-on Version 1.1.3.
