[Plugin: Gravity Forms] Email notifications not working when forms are submitted

Both notifications to admin and user is not working. Send to and from is set to {admin_email} for admin and from and reply set to the same for users. I have tried to set it to a different email address, one outside our domain, checked the spam settings in exchange and tried to see if there are any conflicts with other plugins. I am kind of at the end of the line here ??
