[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] Not properly formatting html

Hi, I have an unordered list for the presentation of my directory entries. It seems that the plugin is not wrapping text fields in li tags. When I switch to table view, it’s again not wrapping text fields in td tags. Any idea why this is happening?
