The plugin is great, but I’d like more control over formatting the entries. A simple example would be putting all of the address information in one cell, rather than each in its own cell.

Or, if I’m using a list instead of a table, being able to have each entry as a list item with a custom class for each one to allow for total formatting control.

Or, not using a table at all…. Just CSS and lists.

  • Agreed – I’m struggling with this as well.
Displays look kinda plain without being able to set custom CSS on each and every displayed field.

You can use directoryview and entryview to convert the display. The options are:

    • directoryview="table"
    • directoryview="ul"
    • directoryview="dl"

That should give you something to work with.

Thanks, I moved to Formidable Forms ages ago – great support and I find it’s far better than Gravity Forms.
Hope this helps the OP though.

How much customization can occur? I’ve tried the directoryview=”dl” method and it’s nicer, but can fields be grouped? We have a photo and it would be nice to set the dimensions and have some of the fields appear above it, and also to the right or left, stacked.
