[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] Feature Request – Alphabetical Index

It would be really great to have an alphabetical index at the top/bottom of each page to let users quickly jump to a particular letter in the alphabet. It would probably need to use whatever is the current sort field.

Any chance of that happening?
