[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] Directory URLs

Hi All,
My directory entries uses this URL structure. In WP, I am using the /%category%/%postname%/ permalink structure. I have hundreds of entries, but have not been successful yet getting Google or Bing to index my directory entries.
Question: Is there any method that could be used to create a separate title and description meta tags for each entry? (a third party plugin?)
