Just downloaded the update to the plugin and the directory output isn’t displaying. I’ve tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling, but that didn’t work.

I tried reinserting the directory short code into the relevant page and was sure to uncheck the box to display only approved entries, still didn’t work.

Also, I am unable to approve entries. When I click the red X next to an entry, it changes to the green check mark, but if i navigate away from the entries page and come back, it’s back to being a red X.

Most of these issues I have seen so far seem to be because of permissions.

Are you on WPMU or a single WP install?

Do you have full administrative rights?

I have these issues even as a superadmin…

    Zack,

Sorry for weighing in late on this, just had a chance to see everyone’s posts.

I’m using a single WP install, and I have administrator rights. I’m using WP 3.2.1, Gravity Forms 1.5.2.8, and I’ve tried it on Chrome and Firefox.

I’m not getting any error messages but the approved check mark does not stay saved (reverts back to red X) despite trying to put in an approved field in the form.

Hope this helps. It’s a fantastic plugin nonetheless, so thank you for all your work on it.

    Zack,

It’s not to do with permissions as my situation is the same as agoldens.

Same problem here with approvals, using WP 3.2.1 and Gravity forms 1.5.2.8 on a Mac, Chrome, localhost install – approvals won’t stick

Everyone, please post any JavaScript errors you’re seeing on those pages!

Please let me know if version 3.0.1 – just released – fixes these problems. I was able to identify a couple of key issues and hopefully fix them.

Green checks are now remaining checked but the directory fails to show any entries “This form does not have any entries yet.”

@brechtp Can you please delete the Approved field and add a new one from the Directory Fields button? I want to isolate what’s going wrong.

Even better, for everyone having issues, please create a temporary WP user for me and send me the login info at [email protected] – that way, I can see first-hand what’s going on.

    Thanks.

@brechtp – This should be fixed in version 3.0.2, just released.

There was code that was only compatible with Gravity Forms 1.6, and because I had installed 1.6 already, my database tables were altered by the upgrade. When I downgraded to test for compatibility, the database tables were still in their modified state. So that’s why I was unable to replicate the issue.

Please upgrade to 3.0.2 and let me know if that fixes things for you.

Is there somewhere else I can download when it′s not yet visible on www.remarpro.com?

Also, on the two sites that were not working before, 3.0.2 fixed their problems. I believe this issue is resolved!

Thanks! Working now! Only issue I can see is when using LightBox to display entires I get this error:

Warning: require_once(directory.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/2/d/devoted/www/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/entry-details.php on line 12

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘directory.php’ (include_path=’.’) in /home/2/d/devoted/www/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/entry-details.php on line 12

Thanks again for your hard work on fixing this fast!

    Almost, but not quite!

At first the directory was not displaying but I started removing tags and when I removed the “sort” tag the entries appeared. So it looks like you’ve knocked off the sort tag to sort by specific column?

Also, the date range is a little erratic. I have a a list of forms with multiple entries and I’ve set up a row of identical directories to pull the same date range from each form. Most of them display the correct entries for hose dates but there are a few which either include entries outside the date range, or display no entries where there are entries to display in the date range.
