Is this warning coming up as soon as you create a new form?

    I’ve got the same error.

For me, it was because I had moved all the data over from a WordPress test site using the WordPress import/export xml file.

I had not exported the forms however and the error spits out when you have the gravity forms shortcode set to a form that doesn’t exist.

I’m able to recreate it by going editing any page with a form on it and changing the form id to a number for a form that doesn’t exist.
