[Plugin: Gravity Forms Custom Post Types] Taxononmies in single line not working for template embe

I’ve created a form with a single line text field linked to a custom taxonomy.

It works correctly in the gravity forms preview, and if embedded as a short code in a post.

However, if I embed in my PHP, the autocomplete on the field doesn’t work.

Any thoughts?
