[Plugin: GravatarLocalCache] deprecated calls cleanup

Hi Cybio,
this plugin is good and working quite well for me, thanks for it.If you care I suggest to just update few bits of code to get rid of WP deprecated API calls warnings (visible just when WP_DEBUG=true).
User levels were deprecated at WordPress version 2.0 in favor of user roles and capabilities, and could be discontinued at any time now.
