[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps with Multisite support] Stylesheet without user blogs and cannot be loa

I am using v4.0 of the plugin and WP 3.01 with multisite subdirs. When I access the generated sitemap, I receive

Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)

and when I look at the source for the xml, I do not see any of my /[various-blogs] listed.
