[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] NGINX 404 ERROR

I am trying to to get the plugin working with NGINX. but it doesn’t work. I get a 404 error when I try to reference https://www.michaelsharp.org/sitemap.xml
anybody else have this problem and have had it resolved
