[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Added pages not in menu

Hi,

Just changed over from another plugin for sitemaps to this one. So far it seems very good. Just a question though not sure if I missed something. I frequently add pages that are not included in the menu. I noticed that they do not get picked up in the sitemap. Am I missing something or is something that should be considered for a future version?
