[Plugin: Google Site Verification using Meta Tag] Improve Instructions

Thanks for a useful plug-in. However, the code supplied by Google includes all HTML tags. After numerous failures, I realised that only the content of the key should be inserted in the plug-in, not the whole line of code that Google supplies.

Might be worth expanding on the instructions just to avoid confusion for future users?
