    Hi there!

After you installed and activated the widget, did you then go to Appearance -> Widgets and drag the Google Plus Widget over to an active module area of your site? Once the widget is activated, it still needs to be “placed” on your WP site in order for it to appear on the front-end.

    Hope this helps!

OK, I had the same issue. I was able to successfully ad the widget under appearance. Next problem. What/where is my “Google Plus ID” which it asks for?

    Hi dcneuro!

Thanks for downloading and install the Google Plus Widget! To find your Google Plus ID, follow the steps below:

    1. Login to Google+.
    2. Click on the “profile” tab to view your own profile.
    3. If you look at the URL in the address bar, it should look something like this: https://plus.google.com/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/posts. The long numerical string in the URL (denoted by the series of “X’s” here) is your Google+ ID.

    Hope this helps!

(I managed to resolve my problem – should have posted that I had. Thank you, osp_wpfx!)
