  • I asked for a refund for Store Pages four days ago and have not received a refund nor any correspondence regarding the refund. Does your contact form work as I haven’t received a copy of my email either, both times ??

    @tweet4ok – we responded manually and via the automated license system to resend the key. It was sent again today. Check your spam filter if you still did not receive it.

    @plumindustries – what contact form are you using? Please provide the exact URL. The contact form at https://www.charlestonsw.com/mindset/contact-us/ works. I receive email from it every day. Your Store Pages refund has been processed.

    I did use the contact form you have linked to. There seems to be an issue with the ‘Send a copy of this email to yourself’ as I did not receive a copy…may be worth looking in to. And yes, I checked my spam.

    I see that the Store Pages have now been deactivated, thank you, however how do I remove the Store Pages tab from the Admin Menu?

    You need to have SLP3.4 then click “reset license” on the general settings page.
