[Plugin:] google maps plugin that actually works

I have been searching all day for a maps plugin that grabs the address from shortcode that you input on the page. This is an example of something I would be looking for: [googlemap=”title here”,”address here”].

If anyone has come across something that works like this could you please let me know, it would save me a lot more time from searching.
