[Plugin: Google Doc Embedder] Updated version of Powerpoint file not shown

    I have changed my Powerpoint presentation and uploaded it to the site.
    Now, if I look at the presentation, the old version is still shown, also after refreshing the page.

    Downloading the presentation gives the correct version.

    Any idea whatr I can do to “refresh” the page? It happens both in MS Explorer and FireFox.

  • If the actual URL of the new file is the same as the old, it has to be a cache issue. The plugin doesn’t keep a cache for itself, unless you are using a caching plugin of some sort separately within wordpress. I would empty your temporary internet files (IE) and cache (Firefox) and then reload, or try holding down shift key as you reload.

    That had to be the case.
    After two days I got the correct version without changing anything.
