• We have installed WordPress multi-user for our school, and I am trying to get GDE working for our student blogs.

Initially, I used “Network Activate” to start the GDE plugin, but when I tried embedding a file, the code appeared in the blog post:

Since Network Activation has proven wonky in the past, I tried deactivating the plugin, and then activating it only on one site. The results were exactly the same.

I have verified that the file is available, and downloading it in the browser works fine. No GDE errors appear in the page source. The problem is the same both for Super-Admins and regular users. It looks precisely as if the plugin were not installed or had been deactivated.

The only thing that I can think is that the plugin might not function on a multi-user installation? I hope that is not the case, since it’s a great piece of code. I use it for my personal blog, and would love it if students could benefit from it.

    Thanks!
