  • It is acting as though the proxy.php file is not properly installed in the plugin folder for GDE. This is unlikely to be the case I suppose, but I’m not sure what else could be causing this problem. Does the plugin work for you if you change to Standard Viewer in GDE Settings? That would not use the proxy.php file, but has other limitations.

Does your site have a domain name of its own (or are you waiting for one to be activated)?

    Hi Davis,

Sorry for my delayed reply. I changed to standard viewer it is working. but I want to customize the toolbar. Yes, we are waiting to get the domain name. Is this domain name any way related to the plugin condition.

Thank you for your timely support,

    Ratan

    Ratan,

I can’t think immediately of a reason why the domain name situation should matter, but it’s the only “different” thing I can see about what you’re doing compared to many other links that seem to work properly. You could check using FTP or something similar if the file permissions are incorrect on proxy.php file in the plugin directory (0644). This is standard and should not have to be changed, but I’m guessing rather blindly as I’ve never seen this problem or had it reported before.

    Thank you Kevin,

I will check that and get back to you.
