[Plugin: Google Doc Embedder] Are Google Docs Supported?

Not crazy, and a common misconception that I regret. It’s called Google Doc Embedder because it uses the Google Docs Viewer, but changes after Google made this service publicly available made Google Docs themselves difficult or impossible to embed in this way. Officially in the documentation, I disavow support for this at all because of the complexity of doing so, though some get it to work with much fussing.

You’re better off using the documents from your own server with this viewer. I’m sorry for the (justifiable) confusion caused.
