[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Tracking code in header?

    I’m using the Google Analytics for WordPress on my WordPress. By default it place the tracking code in the html header. As far as I remember, should the Google Analytics code be located on the bottom of the site?

  • No it shouldn’t. Because the script is asynchronous it’s best to load it in the header; it both loads the page faster and provides more reliable tracking.
