The plugin is working well, however, it is throwing up a lot of error notices in the PHP Error log repeatedly:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in /.../wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php on line 1132
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /.../wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php on line 1122
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /.../wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php on line 1128

It seems to come when these PHP notices occur:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in /.../wp-includes/canonical.php on line 46
PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in /.../wp-includes/nav-menu-template.php on line 364

  • I’ve got the same problem. Could you solve it?

    Nope.

Actually it is due to programming oversights, so the developer is best equipped to fix it. I suppose it is of a low priority, since these are not fatal errors.

Anyway, I dropped this plugin and switched over to Clicky for my analytics, since I don’t want to share my data with Google anymore … I’d rather pay $10/month and have the data private.
