[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Notice: Undefined index: othercrossdomains (and trackcrossd

I got two notices. They can be fixed just by going to the settings page and clicking save, but I think they came from an upgrade where the new settings were added but didn’t yet exist in the Yoast_Google_Analytics option.
