[Plugin: Global Translator] Server/403 error message -(I searched the forum)

    I checked the forums and his website but no answers found.
    Here’s the error message I get when I press “Global Translator” in Settings section of WP.

    Not Found
    The requested URL /wp-admin/plugins/options-translator.php was not found on this server. (I clearly uploaded it. It’s there) Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    This what its looking like on the right hand side:

    Also..the README says to “Upload the FOLDER”.
    How do I upload a folder when I’m not given the option to? It’s only allowing me to upload files within the folder.

    I’m working with Macbook here and Firefox if that makes a difference.
