[Plugin: Global Translator] Global translator charset issue in cache

    Just two small problem in my website.
    1) It change, in sourcecode, my encoding from utf-8 to iso (cause of this, if i try to translate in french, i see more strange chars).
    When i go to change charset in browser i see utf-8 (also if in source is iso) and if i force to see in iso all is ok.

    2) My toolbar (a webhosting toolbar) is replaced two times in code.

    Any way to fix (especially encoding issue)?
