[Plugin: Global Posts Ordering] Display Category

I like that this plugin is using the menu_order paramater, not like other plugins!

However I needed a better overview and see the posts category. So I simply hacked in showing the category next to the title.

As well I added jQuery tablesorter (tablesorter.com), which makes it now really simple to have posts sortable by category in the interface and then I’m able to sort perfectly the posts as needed.
